Rental Period
Chauffeur-driven rentals are for 10 hours per day. The duration of the rental starts and ends according to the agreed start time detailed on your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
Time & Mileage Rental
The minimum charge for time and mileage rental is 7 hours. A rental includes a chauffeur-driven car, excluding charges for fuel, parking, and other such costs.
Mileage Charges
All mileage charges commence when the vehicle departs from the Mera Chauffeur office and conclude upon its return.
Kilometre Charges
The per-kilometre rate is based on the prevailing market price of fuel. If fuel prices increase by 5% or more, Mera Chauffeur reserves the right to adjust the per-kilometre cost accordingly.
Day/Tenure Specific Rental
A rental includes a chauffeur-driven car, excluding charges for fuel, parking, and other associated costs.
Chauffeur Rest
The chauffeur must be provided with breaks for lunch and dinner. In addition, a minimum break of eight consecutive hours must be granted within every 24-hour duty period. This is a necessary safety requirement.
Driving Speed
As a Customer
You have the right to file a complaint regarding the driver, service, or vehicle. However, you are not permitted to reprimand the chauffeur directly or compel them to act against company policies under any circumstances.
Payment
The following forms of payment are accepted at our office, 265 2C2, College Road, Township, Lahore 54600, Punjab, Pakistan
- Cash or Bank Transfer
- Credit Cards (temporarily unavailable)
However, a handling charge of 2.5% will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Subject to availability, certain changes to your booking can be made by contacting the Mera Chauffeur office.

Changes Before the Start of Your Rental
Subject to availability, the following changes may be made before the agreed rental start time:
- Location
- Start date/time (restrictions apply)
- End date/time
Changes after Vehicle has been collected
Subject to availability, you may extend the end date and time of your rental after vehicle collection.
Please note:
- If your rental period is extended, you will be charged for the additional time at the current applicable rate.
- If the cost of the updated booking is higher than the original, you will be charged the difference.
- If the updated booking costs less, no refund will be issued.
- If a vehicle is booked for an extended period to avail of a discount but is returned early, the rent will be charged according to the applicable shorter rental rate, as originally agreed.
Cancellation
If you cancel your rental due to unusual and unforeseeable events beyond your reasonable control—such as natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood), acts or restrictions by government or public authorities, war, riots, civil commotion, or terrorism—Mera Chauffeur may, at its discretion, issue a refund (subject to an administrative fee), provided you promptly notify us and supply suitable evidence.
Vehicle Availability
Mera Chauffeur will make every effort to provide the specified vehicle type. However, for operational reasons, an alternative vehicle may be supplied. Requests for specific models, fuel types, or colours cannot be guaranteed.
Please note
- All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition, or refuelling charges will apply.
- The correct fuel type is stated in the vehicle documents and on the fuel cap. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by using the wrong fuel.
- Mera Chauffeur accepts no responsibility for any items left in or damaged inside the vehicle. Personal belongings and luggage are not insured and should not be left in the car.
- Mera Chauffeur will not be liable for loss or damage to the customer’s property or that of others, whether stored or transported in the rented vehicle, service vehicle, or our business premises.
Additional Charges
- Toll taxes, parking fees, and similar expenses are to be borne by the renting party.
- We do not operate on credit. The full rental amount must be paid when taking possession of the vehicle. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a token payment.
- Vehicles are delivered in a clean condition and should be returned in the same state. A PKR 500/- charge will apply for car wash/service if the vehicle is returned untidy.
- Clients must notify Mera Chauffeur before travelling outside Lahore, specifying intended destinations so the tracking company can be informed in advance.
- All rentals must begin and end in Lahore. If the vehicle is dropped off in another city, the client will be responsible for all related costs, including fuel, tolls, and any charges incurred in returning the vehicle to Lahore.
